Cake or Death?

It's Monday! And you know what's even better than that (except for almost anything!?)? It's Make Me Laugh Monday! And you know what's even better than THAT? I REMEMBERED this week! Unlike last week. Duh. And, because I like to provide full disclosure, I didn't actually remember, until I saw Plain Jane Mom's MMLM post on my reader this morning.
Doh!

So...this is what I would have contributed last week, had I remember I had something to contribute. Or that there was something to contribute TO.

There may or may not be a few bad words peppered in here and there. I'd sit down and watch it again but I'm already running late, since I didn't plan on writing a post today and here I am writing one and I have three boys to pack up and take to Santa Barbara for the day.

Anyhoo, I first saw this a few weeks ago over at Greeblemonkey, who just happens to be an Eddie Izzard loving soul sister. If you don't know who Eddie Izzard is, you're missing out because he is FUNny! There's nothing better than an Eddie Izzard routine, unless it's set to Lego characters. Then it's somehow even better! It's Make Me Laugh Monday & I Need a Laugh!

If there was ever a need for a Make Me Laugh Monday, this is it. After last week, it's nice to start out this week with a laugh. Or Seven. Or Twelve. Or however many people join in on the fun today. So I hope it's A LOT!

You may very well have seen this already, but I find it funny every time I see it. Turn the volume up, but if you're in public, or in a cubicle, don't turn it up too loud.

I Heart Ben Affleck (& Pinot Noir)

It's Make Me Laugh Monday!

But first I need to clear up some nasty rumors I've heard buzzing about, following my last post, I'm NOT Drinking Any F*cking Merlot! I like Pinot Noir & Merlot. They're just not what I would normally order above anything else. Most of the time I would go for a Syrah or a Cabernet Franc or a Sangiovese or a Cabernet Sauvignon first. Having said that, the Hitching Post's Highliner is de-lish. Having said that, and as my sister pointed out in her comment yesterday, my friends Ryan & Jessica (also known as Val (Kilmer - the good days) & Barbie) have a winery and produce their own awesome, fabulous, stupendous Pinot Noir. Now, having said THAT, I really thoroughly enjoy their Syrah and their Cabernet Franc. You can find them at Carr Winery. While you're there, check out their pictures because there really is a striking resemblance to the aforementioned celebrities. If you consider Barbie a celebrity.

Now, on to the Make Me Laugh Monday-ness of this post. As Jen from And Then Sum pointed out, Jimmy has come up with a rebuttal to the Sarah Silverman/Matt Damon video I featured a few weeks ago. Holey-cow, if only I had friends like these.

I Heart Matt Damon

Have you all seen this? It's EVERYWHERE, so unless you live under a rock you've probably already seen it. Oh, you haven't seen it? Sorry. Um, living under a rock really isn't all that bad. I mean, bugs do it. And Patrick from Spongebob, so you've got some good company.

If you're offended by the bleeped out word "F*ck" then you might not like the video. But it's really funny, so take a leap and watch it. Especially if you like Matt Damon cause he's freakin' hilarious. And, in case you're not aware, Sarah Silverman (the girl) is dating Jimmy Kimmel in real life and Jimmy & Matt have an ongoing "feud" on their show. Matt keeps getting bumped.
